Schedule

  • On-site Registration and Packet Pick-Up Opens:  6:30 am
  • Opening Ceremony:  8 am
  • Race Start:  Immediately following the Opening Ceremony!

Parking is free. This year’s parking map will be available closer to event day.

On-site Registration and Donations

Registration is available on-site and we’re happy to have new participants! We also accept donations on-site. Payments can be made by card, check, and cash

Event Pet Policy

Thank you for understanding that only service animals are allowed at Carry Forward in-person City Series events.

Staggered Start

We will be staggering the start times of runners and walkers based on your 5K pace. To do so, we ask you to spread out along the road leading up to the Start Line Arch. Volunteers and signage will be there to assist you.

  • Runners, head toward the starting line and look for your pace location.
  • If you are walking, please wait back and allow runners to head out first.
  • If you have a stroller, we ask you to walk toward the back.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in making this a fun and enjoyable experience for all participants.

ABOUT YOUR OFFICIAL CARRY FORWARD PARTICIPANT KITS AND PACKET PICK-UP

Your official Carry Forward Nashville 5K participant kit, complete with an event T-shirt, bag, bib, and more, will be available at a packet pick-up location the week of the event, or on-site at the check-in tent the morning of the 5K.

All medals will be waiting for you at the finish line!

Please bring your ID to pick up your packet. Squad leaders can pick up packets for their Squad Members.

Pre-Event Day Packet Pick-up Dates and Locations will be available closer to event day.
