If you are under the age of 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website, register for any events, make purchases, provide Wounded Warrior Project with your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use, or otherwise interact with the Website. If Wounded Warrior Project learns we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13 please contact us at privacy@woundedwarriorproject.org.

Please note the only circumstance Wounded Warrior Project may obtain limited personal information about a child is when such information is collected directly from the parent or legal guardian and not the child directly. The personal information that Wounded Warrior Project collects consist of information the parent or legal guardian provides to Wounded Warrior Project which includes identifiers such as name, telephone number, dates of birth, email address, address and parent or legal guardian contact information. In such instance, we will retain that information only so long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the activity requested or allow you to continue to participate in the activity, and to ensure the security of our users and our services, or as required by law.
