The Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) Carry Forward® 5K is your chance to honor and empower wounded warriors at one of the most powerful, one-of-a-kind events you’ll ever experience. Run or walk a 5K and every step you take and every dollar you raise helps ensure warriors thrive long after they’ve left the battlefield.

Join thousands across the country to put the WWP mission in motion through the Carry Forward 5K—no matter where you are.
