Participants can walk, jog, or run on event day and amp it up by selecting one of three special ways to show support for our nation’s bravest:
Carry a flag to show
support and patriotism.
Carry a weight to represent
the responsibilities veterans bear
while serving our country.
Carry another person to symbolize
one warrior carrying another
in their time of need.

Register as an individual participant or form a squad and invite friends and family members to join you for Carry Forward. Registration is $35 for adults, $15 for kids 6-17, and free for kids 5 and under. WWP Alumni, veterans, and active duty military are eligible for promotional and discounted rates.
Once registered, you will receive a customizable fundraising page to share with friends and family to make fundraising easy. Set a challenging goal and invite others to support you with a donation. Be sure to download the Carry Forward 5K App for Apple or Android devices to make fundraising even easier.
Your official Carry Forward participant kit, complete with a drawstring bag, bib, flag, and more, will be available at a packet pick-up location the week of the event, or on-site at the check-in tent the morning of the 5K.
